** NEW SHOW **
In case you missed the announcement earlier Tom A Smith returns to Esquires Sat 14 Nov. Loads of tickets sold in the pre-sale and in the general release on Friday. Head over to Seetickets if you want in !
Despite his youth, Sunderland-based newcomer Tom A Smith has already achieved more than most artists do in a lifetime. Tom played his first ever gig aged 8, supporting local psychedelic rockers Detroit Social Club at Newcastle’s legendary venue ‘The Cluny’. He performed at Glastonbury before he was even in secondary school, and he was handpicked by Tim Burgess to play his stage at Kendall Calling, making him the festival’s youngest ever performer.
He has played live with some big names – local hero Sam Fender, Catfish & The Bottlemen, The Mysterines, and superstar Elton John. Tom’s debut single, ‘Wolves’, received airplay on BBC’s Radio 1 and 6 Music, Radio X, CRW and Triple J. The track also gained impressive Spotify, Apple Music and Deezer playlist support.
He has some impressive stats already with 5 million catalogue streams, 100k followers across socials and 13k Spotify followers which have grown by more than 50% since signing to Fiction Records in 2025.
