Following their numerous sold out appearances at Bedford Esquires, The Smyths will return ‘back to the old house’ on Friday the 27th August 2027.
More than a mere tribute band, The Smyths are a joyous celebration of arguably the greatest band of all time. Thrillingly accurate, the group have amassed a huge following and regularly play huge venues both here and increasingly abroad.
The year 2027 will be the 40th anniversary of The Smiths splitting up in a haze of acrimony and recriminations, seemingly never to reform. To mark the occasion, The Smyths will be playing selected tracks off their final, and Morrissey & Marr’s favourite, album ‘Strangeways, Here We Come’, as well as all the other Smiths classics, deep cuts and the songs that saved your life…
Tickets are £20 in advance, available now from Seetickets. In association with Arts Council England, a limited number of ‘Art is for Everyone’ tickets are available for just £5 from Seetickets to those on a low income or struggling with increases in the cost of living. These reduced price admission tickets are also available to anyone under the age of 25, regardless of their financial situation.
