Special Guest – Ben Kelly Acoustic between bands.
Basilisk are a new young band that we are giving the opportunity for their first ever gig out of their educational premises, raw energy and enthusiasm. – let’s see how they go! And who knows, if they are the next big thing, why, you can say you were at their first ever main gig!
Tibia are another new band that have played Esquires before, with some gig experience already and look to go further!
The Bluebook Project are a well honed act with indie rock influences ranging from The Ramones, Oasis and The Who and have been described as “infuriatingly catchy and maddeningly addictive, all laced within their straight ahead indie rock.” I am sure they will be wowing us further at this event!
The Last Ditch Attempt are rising stars on the scene with both home and out of town gigs under their belt and will be tantalizing your eardrums with their full on melodic, hard grunge sound which is sure to go down as a live energetic and enjoyable full on live experience for a Saturday night out in the bar!
All acts this evening will be preceded each with an acoustic track from our special guest Ben Kelly with his entertaining comedy lyric material and talented well played compositions.
