The Friday Night Blender is back at Esquires for a second instalment featuring the incredible talents of Enne.

Enne, or Nakisha Esnard as she is known to friends and family, will be bringing both her ukulele and soulful vocals to deliver a unique set perfectly formed for the Blender brief. Enne, a Bedfordshire girl now based in London, is a classically trained singer songwriter but takes influence from the likes of Bob Marley, Lauryn Hill, King Tubby and Gregory Isaacs. Enne has bags of energy and performs an original mix of reggae and soul with unique freestyle improvisations thrown in for good measure.

We are joined again by Roll Your Own Records, who will be holding down the sounds between bands with their eclectic mix of Blender tunes. Don’t forget, it’s vinyl only… so bring down your old (or new) records and the boys will give them an airing over the booming Esquires sound system.

Our special guests will be announced soon and will complete the full line up – adding a stonking element to the night.

The Reformers, the force behind the Friday Night Blender will be throwing in a couple of covers from the old ska book on top of their usual sound and kick off the night at 9pm. Doors open at 8pm.

It’s FREE in – good news on Good Friday for what will be a long weekend.
