Fat Dog, fronted by ring master Joe Love, backed by Chris Hughes on keys, Morgan Wallce on sax, Johnny Hutchinson on drums and Ben Harris on bass hail from South London and their formidable and high-octane live shows have garnered them a fervent fan base who come to be cleansed in the cathartic noise of the Dog.
With support slots for Viagra Boys, Shame and Yard Act plus international shows under their collar, Fat Dog sold out London’s Scala on the strength of one single, the wild 7 minute, genre traversing behemoth“King of the Slugs” and, having released new single “All the Same” announced a huge homecoming show at Electric Brixton on 18 April. This May UK tour is a chance of catch the power of the Dog in intimate surrounds.
