Following their previous appearances at the venue, The Smyths will return to Bedford Esquires on Friday the 28th August 2026.
More than a mere tribute band, The Smyths are a joyous celebration of arguably the greatest band of all time. Thrillingly accurate, the group have amassed a huge following and regularly sell out huge venues both here and abroad.
2026 will mark the 40th anniversary of the release of Morrissey and Marr’s magnum opus, ‘The Queen is Dead’, often considered The Smiths greatest album and possibly one of the best records of all time. In celebration of this, The Smyths will be playing the album in full, as well as all the other hits and songs that saved your life…
Their shows at Esquires invariably sells out in advance and we are always grateful when The Smyths agree to come ‘back to the old house’. Tickets are £20 in advance, available from 10am Friday the 9th of January 2026 via Seetickets.
In association with Arts Council England a limited number of ‘Art is for Everyone’ tickets will be available for just £5 via Seetickets to those on a low income or struggling with increases in the cost of living. These reduced price tickets are also available to anyone under the age of 25, regardless of their financial situation.
