Formed in 1988, and originally comprised of Neil Barnes and Paul Daley, LEFTFIELD quickly became one of the most influential and innovative acts of all time, with seminal albums Leftism and Rhythm & Stealth and classic tracks such as Open Up and Phat Planet cementing their place in dance music history.

Now led solely by Barnes for more than 15 years, LEFTFIELD – whose acclaimed fourth album, This Is What We Do, was released in 2022 – continue to push boundaries, shake foundations and sell out venues around the world.

Ryussi’s music receives regular support on radio stations such as BBC R1 Dance, LA’s KCRW, BBC 6 Music, Openlab Ibiza and many more; having most recently recorded their Headliner Mix for He.She.They on BBC Radio 1 Dance.

Ryussi’s sharp ear for quirky blends and an evolving instinct of how to guide the dance-floor’s magic has resulted in bookings across Europe, from Radio 1’s Big Weekend Luton, Lost Village Festival, Secret Garden Party and Amnesia Ibiza, to Ministry of Sound, XOYO, Dalston Superstore, The Glove That Fits and more.
