We are thrilled to have been asked to curate the Bedford River Festival main stage again, taking place on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th July 2018!
In 2016, we brought a wide range range of talent to the main stage, mixing up some of the finest in new music, local legends, future stars, leftfield artists and overall, lot’s of quality. Artists on our last line up included the now huge local lad Tom Grennan, current Radio 1 botherers The Scruff and The Wholls, reggae royalty Hollie Cook, along with the madness of Kuenta i Tambu and an amazing headline set by Hip Hop orchestra Symphonica featuring Mr Switch among many, many others.
Continuing the tradition of bringing the finest bands to Bedford, The Pad Presents will be booking the main stage on both the Saturday and Sunday. Again, the aim will be to get some of the hottest new bands on the bill, mixed with some unknown artists we’ve come across that need to be seen, but still creating a programme that will suit the majority of tastes. Earlier on the days there will still be the council run community bits and bobs, but come 2pm (ish), the stage is going to be Padified.
ARTISTS: Please don’t send us through loads of messages with requests to play the stage, we have a very small amount of slots and have filled most of these already. The council will be opening up submissions for the other stages in early 2018. Thanks x
