Fight Like Apes + Throwing Up + Misty Miller

The Roar Club and Club Biscuit are beside themselves with excitement to announce that the stupendous Fight Like Apes will be playing Bedford Esquires on Friday 12th July 2013.

One of the most jaw droppingly exciting live acts around, a Fight Like Apes gig is a riot of ace songs, demented keyboards, a singer you can’t take your eyes off and a massive amount of fun. Sounding like all your favourite bands squeezed into a blender, they’ve toured with Kasabian and The Prodigy, supported Pulp at Hyde Park and pretty much owned the stage of every festival they’ve appeared at.

Touring in support of their as yet unnamed third album, we can expect some new tracks plus all the best bits from 2008’s ‘The Mystery of the Golden Medallion’ and it’s follow up ‘The Body of Christ and the Legs of Tina Turner’

Support on the night will come from London’s Throwing Up, who are currently being hotly tipped by a number of people, none more so than Tim Burgess from The Charlatans who is releasing their debut single on his ‘O Genesis’ record label.
